GETTING STARTED

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

No! Queen Bees are your maids and will take care of everything.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME THE DAY OF CLEANING?

Not at all, some customers prefer to be away for the day or at work during their cleaning. We will accommodate whatever is best for you. For first appointments, we do ask you to be present when your Queen Bees arrive so that you may give them a walk-through of your home and your expectations. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY HOME?
  • Kitchens (microwave & stovetop included, oven & refrigerator not included) and Master Bathrooms (separate shower/tub) take, on average, 1 hour*.*Please add an hour for the oven and refrigerator
  • Bathrooms (shower/tub combo), on average, take 30 minutes*
  • 1/2 baths, on average, take 20 minutes*
  • Square footage, hair, dust, and how well the home was previously maintained will most affect your estimate.
  • Bedrooms, Living Rooms, and Dining Rooms can take 20-40 minutes each, depending on needs.

 

*These times may vary by square footage, detailed cleaning, “One Time Cleans,” or “First Time Cleans.”*

 

*Laundry, organizing, and dishes vary dependent upon the amount.*

WHAT IF I HAVE PETS?

Here at 2 Bees And A Broom, we love our furry friends but not the mess they leave behind. Please note that excessive pet hair will increase your estimate for First Time Cleans and One Time Cleans. You may also need to schedule more than one appointment to remove all the pet hair.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE CLEANING SUPPLIES?

Yes! We provide all cleaning supplies.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Your Queen Bees will arrive at your home with all cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean your home thoroughly. Your first appointment will take the longest as it will be the most thorough. Consistent subsequent cleans typically move faster.

WHAT IS THE COST OF MY CLEANING?

We never charge extra for distance or special services. Appointments are booked by the hour to account for things you need (laundry, organizing, partial cleans, etc.) that won’t fit into “room or square footage.” Please go to our Online Booking for exact pricing.

 

To confirm your appointment, you will need to add a card On File. Your card will be put On Hold the day before your appointment to ensure you still want services. You will not be charged until after the completion of services, and you will receive an email receipt at that time.

HOW TO STAY CLEAN AND SAVE!

Recurring Discounts are 10% OFF for Biweekly and 15% OFF for Weekly. There is a $70 Early Cancellation Fee and a refund on any Discounts applied to cancel Recurring Services before five completed appointments. If you are ever unhappy with your services, you may promptly contact us to send a Queen Bee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes by 12PM 2 days before service to avoid incurring a Late Cancellation Fee.
Cancellation the day before your appointment will incur a $150 Late Cancellation Fee.
If canceling the day of your appointment, you will be charged the Full Amount of your appointment.

TRUST & SAFETY

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

Queen Bees always respect your home as if it is their own. If something is damaged or broken, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of your appointment. Broken or damaged items will be replaced promptly. Insurance claims will be made when necessary.
